Job Title: Delivery Technician (DT)
Location: East Hartford, CT
Type: Full Time

The Kelser Delivery Technician (DT) is a front-line customer facing role. The DT is responsible for the accurate delivery of orders to customers on time while meeting all Kelser and customer procedures and requirements. A successful DT will become a valuable and contributing part of Kelser culture. Kelser is willing to train an appropriate candidate. This is an entry level position offering an upward path in a number of directions within Kelser. Salary based on experience and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver ordered product to Kelser?s customers while meeting the following requirements:

-Verify accuracy that product matches paperwork
-Deliver orders to the correct customers and contacts
-Follow Kelser delivery and paperwork procedures
-Unpack and setup the product at the customer site as required

Perform duties compatible with the above as directed by appropriate staff

Other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Skills/Qualifications

• Ability to accurately follow procedures, verbal and written directions
• Ability to interact well with customers
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Team Player
• Valid state driver?s license ? CT or MA

Metrics/Measurements

• Ability to perform the work required
• Quality of work
• Accuracy of orders processed
• Customer satisfaction as determined by follow-up suveys and feedback
